Orlando, FL – The Nepali Community Center of Orlando (NCCO) recently completed a successful membership drive to increase community involvement and engagement around the greater Orlando area. The campaign, which was conducted over several weeks, saw a significant increase in different categories of its membership numbers, with many individuals and families joining the NCCO for the first time. According to NCCO President Mr. Bikas Devkota, “We are thrilled with the response we have received from the community. The membership drive has been a great success, and we are looking forward to welcoming all our new members to the NCCO family.”
The Nepali Community Center of Orlando was established to promote and preserve Nepali culture and heritage and support and assist the Nepali community in Orlando and surrounding areas. With a focus on community outreach and engagement, the NCCO provides a range of programs and services, including cultural events, language classes, job training, and social services.”Our goal is to create a vibrant and supportive community for Nepali Americans in Orlando,” said Mr. Devkota. “Through our programs and services, we hope to build strong relationships and foster a sense of belonging among our members.” The success of the membership drive is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the NCCO leadership and volunteers and the strong support of the Nepali community in Orlando.
